Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PlanBrix, operated by Minuk Weerakoon (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using PlanBrix, you agree to these Terms. They take effect on September 29, 2026.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Subscriptions & Refunds policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Cookie Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. PlanBrix is built for business use by independent creators and small businesses. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for that business.

You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure: you are responsible for everything that happens in your PlanBrix account. Tell us promptly at hello@planbrix.online if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Keep your account and business details accurate and up to date.

PlanBrix helps you manage clients and contacts, projects and deliverables, tasks, invoices and invoice templates, and payment records. It can send emails to your clients on your behalf (for example invoices and payment reminders), and provide a private calendar feed of your due dates. On the Pro and Premium plans, Pola, an AI assistant, can draft projects, tasks, clients and invoices for you to review and confirm.

PlanBrix is a tool, not a party to your deals

PlanBrix is a software tool. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your clients, and we are not responsible for whether your clients pay you or perform their obligations.

We don't handle your clients' payments

PlanBrix does not process, receive or hold payments between you and your clients. Payments you record in PlanBrix are records you enter yourself.

You are responsible for what you send

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your invoices, any late-fee terms you set, the emails you send to your clients through PlanBrix, and your own tax and accounting obligations.

No professional advice

PlanBrix does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.

AI features

Outputs from AI features may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review and edit anything the AI produces before you rely on it or send it to anyone.

Beta features

Some features are in beta. They may change, be limited, or be removed, and may not work as expected.

Everything you add to PlanBrix (such as client details, projects, invoices and your logo) remains yours. You give us a limited licence to host, store, copy, process and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service for you, including sending the emails you ask us to send.

You confirm you have the right to add the content you upload, including personal data about your clients and contacts. See our Privacy Policy.

The PlanBrix name, logo, software, designs and invoice templates belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use them except to use the service as intended.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. For example, you may not send spam, create fake or misleading invoices, or try to break the security of the service.

PlanBrix offers Free, Pro and Premium plans. Plan limits, billing, cancellations and refunds are described in our Subscriptions & Refunds policy.

We work to keep PlanBrix reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of important records, such as invoices you send.

To the extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities; and
• our total liability for all claims relating to PlanBrix is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of PlanBrix, your breach of these Terms, or any dispute between you and your clients or contacts.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

You can stop using PlanBrix at any time and ask us to delete your account by contacting hello@planbrix.online. What happens to your data after deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give you notice, for example by email or in the app, before they take effect. Continuing to use PlanBrix after the changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. The courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
