Acceptable Use Policy

When you use PlanBrix, you must not:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email through client emails or payment reminders.
• Create fraudulent, fake or misleading invoices, or invoice anyone for work that wasn't agreed.
• Upload or send illegal, infringing, abusive or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Try to break or bypass our security, access other users' data, scrape the service, overload it, or reverse engineer it.
• Share your account with others, or create multiple accounts to get around plan limits.

Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, limit features such as client emails, suspend your account, or close it. Where the law requires, we may also report illegal activity to the authorities.

If you received an email sent through PlanBrix that you believe is spam, fraudulent or abusive, or you see other misuse, please report it to hello@planbrix.online. Include the email or invoice if you can.
