Is it free?
Yes, there's a free plan with 3 new projects and 3 invoices a month and no card needed. Pro is $9 a month and Premium is $15 a month and Agency is $25 a month when you need more, or $5 and $9 and $15 a month when you pay yearly.
Does PlanBrix take payments from my clients?
No. Your clients pay you directly, the way they already do. PlanBrix keeps track of what's paid and what's due, and sends reminders for you.
Which currencies can I use?
Rate cards, projects and invoices work in LKR, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, NZD, INR, SGD and AED, and each invoice can use a different currency. Plan prices are shown in your local currency where we have a local price.
Is my data safe?
Your workspace is private to your account, and database access rules make sure only you (and team members you invite) can see your clients, projects and invoices.
Can my team use it?
Yes, with the Team add-on. Pro + Team is $12 a month in total for you plus 1 member; Premium + Team is $20 a month in total for you plus 5 members. Everyone works in the same workspace and shares its plan limits.
Can I track expenses and profit?
Yes, on Pro and up. Add what each project cost you (travel, rentals, crew) and see the profit next to the budget. Premium adds a yearly report with PDF and CSV export, receipt photos, and billing an expense to your client on their invoice. Turn it on in Settings.
